Hello Readers!
I want to tell you today that He (Jesus) knows. He knows every emotion we have ever felt. He feels the pain and victimization of every sin that has ever been done to us or that we have ever done to someone else.
How can I say this? How do I know? I know because He has walked with me through suicide and grief. He has walked with me through an abusive relationship. He is walking with me in healing! When Jesus died for us, all the sins of the world, their emotions and their aftermath were piled on him. He felt it all! And he did it for all of us!
1 Peter 2:24 AMP says; "He personally carried our sins in His body on the [a]cross [willingly offering Himself on it, as on an altar of sacrifice], so that we might die to sin [becoming immune from the penalty and power of sin] and live for righteousness; for by His wounds you [who believe] have been [b]healed."
He knows exactly how we feel no matter the situation. He understands the abuse victim and the abuser. He understands the grief we feel when death comes. He understands mental and physical anguish. He understands emotional anguish. He understands the addict and the addiction. He knows and understands it all! And because He understands, He knows how to heal our mind, body, soul and spirit.
Hebrews 4:15 AMP says; "For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses and temptations, but One who has been tempted [knowing exactly how it feels to be human] in every respect as we are, yet without [committing any] sin."
He knows, He gets it - better than any other person ever could. You are not alone! He wants to heal you. He wants to help you. He wants to be your Savior.
If you are feeling like no one else understands you and that no one cares, call on Him today. He knows, He understand, He cares. He loves you like no other person can! You will not embarrass Him or scare Him. He is not ashamed of you and you will not shock Him.
He knows and He loves you anyway!
