Hello everyone! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I hope you will be spending time with wonderful friends and family today. I will be spending time with family today and doing an outreach for one of our poor communities. I love to love people! And that brings me to what I am most thankful for on this Thanksgiving day - love.
Without love, the world would be a very dark place. There would be no joy and no smiles. There would be no laughter. There would be no good days. I am thankful this day and everyday for love and not just the love we humans can have for one another but for God's love!
John 3:16 says; "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
God loves us so much that he sent Jesus to die for us and rise again, to extend grace to this human race so we could have a relationship with Him, so we could be a friend of God! This is the greatest love story ever told! This is humanity's greatest hope!
Without the love of God, where would we be? All I know it, it would be so very dark and so very hopeless.
As you celebrate today, remember and be thankful for love and for the goodness of God extended to the human race through Jesus. Remember that love is the greatest of all things. Love is greater than fear and hate. Love has already won!
